Policies

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so online or notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and all no-shows will automatically be charged 20% of the service. In case of an accident, or any other emergency on the day of your appointment, we will waive the fee one time per quarter. However, if you fail to notify us of the incident, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • In the event that you are running late, please call or text 571-564-5656 to notify us. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule and charged 20% of the service.

  • We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive treatment. This is for the safety and consideration of you and others in the building.

  • All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. In the event of a reaction to a purchased product, please email mybeautyskinbar@gmail.com to discuss options with us.

  • Package Purchases

    • All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

    • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the client whose name is on the account.

    • Packages do not expire, but services and pricing may change over time.

    Refund Policy

    • All package sales are final after 14 days.

    • Refunds may only be requested within the first 14 days after purchase, as long as none of the services in the package have been used.

    • Once a service in the package has been redeemed, refunds or partial refunds are no longer available, even if the request is made within 14 days.

    • Packages purchased more than 14 days ago are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

    • The remaining value in a package can always be applied toward facials or services of equal value within our menu.

    Scheduling & Use

    • Packages must be used for the service type they were purchased for (e.g., a facial package must be used for facial services).

    • Missed appointments without required notice follow our regular cancellation policy and may be deducted from the package.
