Frequently Asked Questions
General / Appointment
-
We offer a full range of skincare treatments, Hydrafacials & Korean Hydrafacial, lash lifts, brow shaping, cosmetic tattooing, waxing, and massage services.
-
For the best experience, please arrive without makeup. Fill out the intake forms sent to you via email or text beforehand — this helps us understand your skin’s current condition and any concerns. Bring in your skincare products (or a list of them) so we can review your routine and make safe treatment decisions.
Avoid using AHAs (like glycolic or lactic), BHAs (salicylic), retinoids (e.g., retinol or prescription), benzoyl peroxide, or any exfoliants for 5–7 days before your treatment.
Also skip any strong at-home facial treatments during the week before your appointment, and avoid facial waxing for about 5–7 days prior.
If you’ve recently had Botox or fillers, please wait 2–3 weeks before scheduling a facial, since massage could disturb the area.
And be cautious of sun exposure — stay out of tanning or heavy sun for at least 5 days before.
If you plan to workout, it’s best to do so before your facial appointment, so you can shower and arrive clean. Sweat and dirt after a facial may irritate freshly treated skin.
Finally, come ready to talk about your skin goals — our esthetician will help develop a tailored treatment + home care plan.
-
That depends on the service you receive. For more aggressive treatments, there may be some redness or peeling, and we will always inform you in advance about what to expect.
-
While it’s not required, yes — there is a significant difference between over-the-counter products and the professional-grade skincare we carry. Consistently using the right at-home products between treatments makes the biggest impact on your skin’s long-term health.
-
We generally recommend 4–6 weeks between most facial services.
If you’re doing acne treatments (like our Acne Bootcamp), appointments are usually every 2 weeks.
Hydrafacial & Facial Treatments
-
A Hydrafacial is a non-invasive skin health treatment that uses patented Vortex-Fusion technology to deeply cleanse, extract, and hydrate skin. We can also customize it with booster serums, LED light therapy, and lymphatic drainage based on your skin concerns.
-

Ultimate Glow Hydrafacial (90 min) – $325: Includes lymphatic drainage, dermaplaning, extractions, a custom booster, and LED light therapy.

-
Yes. Our acne-focused and brightening treatments target congestion, inflammation, hyperpigmentation, and uneven texture. We use gentle yet effective formulas to restore clarity and balance.
-
Many of our clients see visible improvement and a more even complexion after just one session, thanks to deep hydration and pore extraction.
To maintain results, we recommend a monthly treatment, especially for fine lines, pigmentation, or congestion.

We offer Acne Bootcamp, a results-driven program designed to improve skin clarity over 3–4 months without prescription medications.
At each Acne Bootcamp appointment, we perform deep cleansing, ultrasonic or manual extractions, high-frequency treatment, LED light therapy, and provide acne-safe moisturizer + SPF.
-
In addition to Hydrafacial and acne services, we provide:
ProCell Microchanneling, to stimulate collagen and improve texture, fine lines, and acne scarring.
Jet Cold Plasma, for non-invasive rejuvenation and boosting collagen.
Chemical Peels (custom or the Perfect Derma Peel), for pigmentation, acne, or aging concerns.
BioRePeel, a 2-phase peel that gently exfoliates while restoring skin structure.
Safety & Skin Health
-
Yes — many of our services, including Hydrafacial and peels, are tailored to different skin types (sensitive, acne-prone, mature, etc.). Our estheticians adjust treatment parameters and serums to suit your needs.
-
It’s important to tell us during your intake. We ask clients to stop using strong actives (retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, etc.) for 5–7 days before a facial to reduce the risk of irritation.
-
Yes. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance either through our online booking system or by contacting us.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a 20% charge of the service cost.
If there's a genuine emergency, we can waive the fee once per quarter — just let us know ahead of time.
We ask that you not bring extra guests into the treatment room unless they are also booked for a service.

You’ll often see immediately brighter, smoother skin thanks to deep cleansing and hydration. For more intensive treatments, there may be temporary redness or peeling — but we will guide you through what to expect.
Longer-term benefits — like improved texture, reduced congestion, or fewer breakouts — are best maintained with a consistent treatment schedule (4–6 weeks) plus a strong at-home routine.
-
After your appointment, we recommend:
Using gentle, hydrating products (especially post-Hydrafacial)
Avoiding strong actives (exfoliants / retinoids) for at least a few days, depending on treatment
Wearing broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect your skin
Following up with your esthetician for touch-up treatments and updates to your home care plan
Hygiene & Safety (COVID-/Cleanliness)

We follow strict sanitation protocols. Our treatment rooms and tools are sanitized between clients, and we use professional-grade materials to ensure a safe, clean environment.
